To submit a question through our ticketing system you simply need to login to your account, click the help link which can be found on any page throughout the site and begin a ticket. Submitting a support ticket from within your account will allow our specialists to better understand the issue you are having or investigate the situation if necessary.
Detailed instructions for submitting a support ticket:
Begin by logging into your account, here. Once you are logged in, look for the navigation bar directly underneath our logo. There will be a "Help" button on the right-hand side. Once you click this button it will open a help window, within this window you will find links to frequently asked questions and also an area where you can submit a help request/support ticket. To submit a ticket simply describe the issue you are having in detail within the message box and when done click the button that says "Send Email". This will launch a support ticket within our system and allow one of our specialists to work on finding an answer as quickly as possible.
